About Magic by Morning

Magic by Morning is a small independent site of easy ideas for the overnight traditions of childhood: the elf in December, and later the tooth fairy, leprechaun traps and the Easter bunny. Every idea lists the time it takes, the mess it makes and what you need from home, so you can pick one in seconds and go to bed.

How the ideas are made

Ideas are written and edited with the help of AI, then checked one by one for safety and for whether they can really be built with things from home. The scene pictures are AI illustrations, checked by hand, and they are labeled that way. We do not copy ideas or text from other sites.

Minutes of the By-Morning Committee

Official record, read aloud by the Committee Secretary, a very small elf.

1. Present: elves, tooth fairies, leprechauns and one Easter bunny, who arrived early.
2. Motion: every home gets a little magic by morning. Passed unanimously. The bunny abstained, then changed its mind.
3. Rule of the season: magic should be fun, kind and never stressful. Messes must be small. Notes must be short.
4. Next meeting: tonight, after bedtime, as always.
